Constipation Can Be Avoided - Just
Squat
The 1991 National Health Interview Survey stated that
about 4 1/2 million people in the United States say they are
constipated most or all of the time. It’s obvious how squatting
can cure constipation. The colon extracts water from its
contents to transform the wastes into solid. If elimination is
not regular or complete, the wastes will dry and become
cemented to the walls of the colon. Constipation is the cause
of many other health problems including diverticulosis,
appendicitis and colon cancer.
